size curls and can be used on normal, resistant, and tinted
hair. Apple Pectin Acid Perm contains carbohydrate rich
pectin which adds strength and condition during neutralization.
The Apple Pectin acid Neutralizer also contains special
ingredients that act as a Thio Ban which eliminates any "after
perm" odor leaving hair with an apple fresh fragrance.
